We want you to enjoy your UltiMaté TEA order. That’s why we encourage mindful ordering to help reduce unnecessary shipping and lower our CO2 footprint. If you do need to return an unopened, unused product, you can do so within 30 days (no need for a reason) in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, as part of our commitment to sustainability (unless the return is due to our error eg. wrong product or a production error). Refunds will be issued to the provided IBAN within 7 days of receiving the returned goods. Thank you for joining us in making a positive impact!
