Maté has a bold, earthy flavor that may take some getting used to. If you're new to it, try adding honey, lemon, or a splash of juice to mellow the taste. You can also experiment with how much you poor in a cup. Prefer a milder start? Our flavored blends, like Fruity Booster, offer a smoother introduction!

We want you to enjoy your UltiMaté TEA order. That’s why we encourage mindful ordering to help reduce unnecessary shipping and lower our CO2 footprint. If you're unsure about a flavor, consider trying a sample first (we offer tasting kits that also give you shopping credit!) Still need help deciding? Just reach out, we’re happy to guide you. 

If you do need to return an unopened, unused product, you can do so within 30 days without giving any reason in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, as part of our commitment to sustainability (unless the return is due to our error eg. wrong product). Refunds will be issued to the provided IBAN within 7 days of receiving the returned goods. Thank you for joining us in making a positive impact!
