During this workshop, you'll be guided through the history and cultural significance of maté, far beyond just a beverage. We'll cover:

• The Art of Preparation: Learn how to properly prepare and serve maté using traditional gourds and bombillas, ensuring you get the most from every brew.
• Mindful Sipping: Discover techniques for mindful consumption, transforming your daily maté ritual into a powerful practice for reflection and clarity.
